Who Are We?
Thanks for taking the time to check out our website. We are local Atlanta residents that focus on buying properties off-market (with no commissions) for cash. We are not “flippers” or “investors” looking to pay pennies on the dollar. We are local folks with families and we focus on buying rental properties. This allows us to make fair market value offers based on comparable sales and needed repairs.

Thornton Drury is our Director of Operations.
Thornton attended school at The University of Alabama and lives in Madison, AL, where he was raised from the age of 2. When not relieving local homeowners of their burdensome properties, Thornton is outside. Whether that be riding his bicycle, climbing a mountain, or jumping out of planes, he makes sure to make the most of each day.
Laura Drury is our seller relationship manager.
When you call Piedmont Renovators and set up an appointment, 9 times out of 10 you will meet with Laura. She has over 15 years of Real Estate experience, helping sellers make the right decisions about their homes. She lives in Madison, AL where her three grown children visit often.
